Default Service in South Central Wisconsin

Shortly after taking my 1995 42 WB out of storage April 2019, the seal on the fan motor failed, pumping a good amount of fluid out, causing me to be immobilized until I could get a hook to a shop.

I had a very good service experience with Block Diesel in Janesville, WI getting the coach repaired. Zach was my lead technician. He (we) worked hard to get a replacement motor in as little time as possible. They also performed engine oil/filter and fuel filter service while I was there. They allowed me to stay in the coach while they worked on it. It remained in an indoor service bay throughout the week it was there at no extra cost. I chose to spend 2 nights in a nearby hotel. They gave me a lift to/from the hotel both days. Nice guys who were attentive and careful. They addressed any concerns I had straight away with no pushback. The cost was in line with what I expected. I didn’t have sticker shock and don’t believe the bill was padded in any way.

Zach was my technician.
