Default High Idle - PT40 6v92

Randy,

I finally got around to checking out why the high idle switch would go to extreme high idle (now that I have the tach working). Well, I'm sure you have never heard this before, but you were right! I added a second spring on the throttle governer as you suggested (there are holes for two springs). Now I have another item off of my checklist! The high idle switch works great. Flip the switch and I get about 1,000-1,100 rpm.
