Default Better Late Than Never

Hello All,

I shopped for RVs for about two years, and when I ran across BlueBird Wanderlodges, I knew that is what I wanted. Then of course came the concerns about buying a higher priced older RV that is manufactured by a company that is no longer in business. Then I ran across this forum and found a community that offers the support to maintain and repair these awesome well made machines, so I figured I would be okay. Well, a few months ago, I took the plunge, and thanks to the help of Mr. Dupree I am the proud owner of a beautiful 2004 M380. I purchased it from a gentleman, that from what I understand was a fairly active member of this forum and has attended several rallies. I haven't had a single issue with my M380 in the few months I have owned it, but when I do run into an issue, I hope to be able to turn here for support. I would like to meet other BlueBird owners and attend rallies as well. I have a feeling that some of you may know my coach better than I do, and I look forward to hearing your input.
Thank you,
Burt McLean

Welcome Burt. The Birds of a Feather rally in January each year in Quartzsite, AZ gets about 100 birds to attend, sometimes more. You can find out about the BOF rally right here https://birdsofafeather1.shutterfly.com/ enter the flocktogether password (one word). All the information is on the left side of the first page. Hope you can join in the fun.

Make reservations to come to Pine Mountain, GA Oct 15 or 16 (we, along with lots of other folks arrive the 12/13). There will be about 100 coaches there...lots of M-380’s...note our signature, previous M-380 owner.
Welcome!

Thank you all for the warm welcome!

Curt,
Thank you for the information on the Quartzite rally. I flew out there in January and camped out in a tent! I was in the RTR area. I love it out there, and I plan to go back next year, although I'll be in my tent again. Of course I would rather be in my bird, but I can't take that much time off of work all at once. One day I will be able to though! Next year I'll definitely check out the Birds of a Feather area now that I know about it.

Hello Nancy,
Pine Mountain is doable. That is only a day's drive for me. Thank you for the information. I wish my M380 had goat rails!

Hi Chip,
Thanks for reaching out. You have a nice looking M380. When do they have the car auction at our fairgrounds?

Thanks again everyone. I look forward to meeting you at the rallies!
