Default Splendide 2000

FREE FREE FREE

I have a Splendide 2000 that I picked up from Jack Harmon a couple of years ago. It leaked in his coach and his wife said it had to go. He never took the back cover off to see why it leaked. It's been in my garage ever since and it was recently moved to Atlanta with the rest of my stuff. My wife tells me she likes the storage cabinet in our coach and doesn't want to give that up for this washer. (she doesn't do laundry anyway). I have never hooked it up to water to see what or where the leak is. This thing is just taking up space and I am sure someone could put it to good use. Pick up at my home in Sandy Springs or I could meet you somewhere near the Atlanta area.

David, I would love to have your Splendee , in fact that would make 4 in total . Maybe between the 4 I could have one that works . So if after this Pandemic lifts I would take a ride over your place . My number is below so tex or call and maybe I have some LXI parts around here you could use. Hope all is well and great to hear from you again .

Al, Consider it yours. 4 washers, you sound like me when I was collecting Microphors to rehab mine. Finially got that effing thing working flawlessly right before the fire. I have one more major renovation here on the house to finish up and then I will be heading down to St. Augustine to get my Bird and bring it up here to finish putting her back together. I'm sure we can work out the logistics soon.

Randy, I pop in from time to time to keep up with the goings on and to lurk in the corner. I'm almost back to being at a point where I can start focusing a little more on the bird, finally.

That actually made me lough out loud. I've been reading that thread thinking y'all need to lay off the green stuff.

The only greens I eat are the ones I pluck from the yard. most of yall call em weeds. dandelion, fleabane, wild lettuce, chickweed, hawksbeard, dead nettle... and I don't wash em.

I think the salad spinner went out of vogue a few years ago. besides, I gave up being a Pampered Chef when I went on my 4.5 month walk.
