Single plane manifolds are sometimes refered to as spiders,make more power at lower rpm than a dual plane intake manifold. I figure you already knew this so did I pass the knowledge trivia test?

It's sorta like a cracker,can't/won't change.
Gear head will even hop up a lawn mower.
We want more power/speed it's addictive.

The 534 engines came as a marine version too,twin turbos!!

I don't know but I know my 74 KingsCraft 40' with twin 360 Chryslers averaged a mile to the gallon at half throttle.
