Default Well Nuts

The M380 has well nuts (rubber covered rivnuts) that hold the covers over the headlamps. I have had trouble getting the screws out because the nuts start turning. Since I had to take the covers off the headlights today I was wondering how I was going to go about it. I decided to use an automatic center punch and punch the machine screw head a couple of time. All but one of the screws (19 out of 20) came right out. The impact from the center punch causes the oxidation between the threads of the screw and nut to loosen and the screw can be easily removed.

Worked for me..
