Default Nick's in Toledo off turnpike exit 4 for Maumee

It's been a while since anyone posted here, but this place is really for the folks looking for a hearty meal! Exit 4 on the Ohio Turnpike. Get off and head N and you will be on Reynolds road. The first light is Heatherdowns and Nick's is right there next to the Speedway on the SW corner. There is parking there and you can get in and out on Heatherdowns behind Nick's like a horseshoe shaped driveway. The food is American and Greek. I usually go for the breakfast. If you can eat it all you came hungry! Food is really good. I think they serve supper too, but I have just eaten breakfast and lunch there.

Tom Sorrentino's 87 PT 38 "Big Blue" when his mom Grace is aboard and cooking Italian...just got back from there... Wow.

Also, Randy's grill is hard to beat too.

The Holy Smoke Cathedral in Hershey, PA- offering Salvation through Smoke. Today's scripture lesson covers the 4 B's- Brisket, Butts, Baby-Backs and Brats.
We recently incorporated a new Veil over the Holy Tabernacle (see photo) to keep out that sinful white snow and preserve the warm atmosphere of the holy chamber. For those who aren't in the area- we'll be taking the message on the road in April and holding a tent meeting at the Maxton Monster Mile. It will feature a laying of the hands on an underpowered Wabbit. If John McGinnis shows up, we might just charm a few snakes too (before we cook 'em).

Every time we go to Austin (about 3 times a year) we eat there. For a franchise, I think it is the best seafood short of the gulf coast.

Rick, just a little ways from you in LaFayette is a good place to eat - Randall's. Been a few years back, but we've eaten there several times and there's a dance floor with local Cajun muscians on the weekend.

Snow in Breaux Bridge - Aieee, spose to be summertime there already, nez pas?

This area sure has a lot of good eatin places! Folks here made some really good boudin last night. My first. Stood waiting at a little place almost 2 hours this morning for bienyas and breakfast with live zydeco music; and we were there shortly after 7:00 at opening time. A fun people-watching place. Folks were still lined up on the sidewalk when we were leaving!

Steve and Patty Gueresko are sure good hosts.

Sun's out!! Time for a parade!
