Default Hydraulic Pump Spline Needed - Help

Well guys and gals, my crippled bird is still crippled. Pneumatic valve issue resolved but no hydraulic fluid moving. Turned to the Hydraulic Pump and the spline/gear is stripped. Need another one and apparently there are no new ones readily available.

Anybody got a used one, etc.

Pics of spline front rear and side.

Thanks, Ed - that's what I wanted to ax you 'bout. I'm not real sure right at the moment but I think the spline in question is interchangeable with the one on a 6v.

I'll try to call George, Jr. or Sr. in the morning.

Be safe friend. Martha's ready to get shed of the 'bird and buy a winniebagger. Not a good idea

Looks like an easy job for a machine shop! That looks exactly like the one off the front of the shaft on my Webster pump on the 6V. It seats inside a hollow gear that is driven off the rear of the main engine.

Mr. Wimberley, that's my half-sister, I think your 3rd cousin, twice removed.

I got one right off the self at detroit 6 or 7 years ago, I would try them. The pump was the hard one for me to find.

Thomas, thanks for your response. I spent the better part of the afternoon yesterday at W.W. Williams in Birmingham, AL and they could never find the specific spline I was interested in Only a "keyed" spline which will not work (I am told) in my application. Interestingly, the Detroit parts guy did not believe the spline I was looking for was a Detroit product, but rather a Webster product which Wanderlodge installed on my coach.

Anyway, its interesting you got the spline off the shelf, but had trouble finding the pump. I can't find the spline but I found the pump after about an hour of searching. Webster Division of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Sales, in Charlotte NC. I've tried to contact them about the spline but have been unsuccessful.

Interesting machines these Wanderlodges, seems sometimes no two are built alike. That's why we love 'em so much.
