Default Shrimp explosion,heart stopping good!

OK,my newest bacon weave meal.
2 lbs bacon
2lbs small shrimp
2 blocks creme cheese
2 jalapenos
salt,pepper

I wove the bacon into a mat, about 12 inchs square,i had it sitting on tin foil.
I put this on the grill to precook the bacon, while i peeled the shrimp.
Once the shrimp was peeled i took the bacon out and smeared the creme cheese all over the bacon, then sliced the two peppers and laid them in the cheese, then spread the shrimp all over the creme cheese, roll it all up in the tin foil and bake it in the grill for about 40 minutes on low.
Remove and slice,we ate it with a mango cole slaw.
Man on man is that good!!!

The shrimp keeps the calories down. Makes it a health food.

I'm with Randy and do the majority of the cooking when I'm not travelling for work. I'm particular about ingredients and cooking methods. My wife and kids have allergies - that is one of the reasons we have the bird, we can always bring our kitchen with us!

My wife doesn't cook, but most of the time that's a good thing! Bacon explosion with shrimp, whoda thunk it? I smoked a few fatties about a month ago and they were really good, but I have yet to do a bacon explosion.
