Default 94WB Air Step Relay Wires

I am troubleshooting an air step problem with my '94WB relay wiring. The attached picture shows two yellow wires (circled in red) pulled loose from a relay terminal connector. I think they were connected to relay 15A pin 87 originally. I do not know if the wires were intentionally pulled out or if the wires were not securely crimped. Does anyone know if these two yellow wires should be connected to relay 15A, pin 87?

I am using Blue Bird print number 6025563 and am wondering if there any corrections that have been noted that should be added? The “Step Extended Indicator Light” as shown in the print appears to be wired to turn on when the air pressure switch is closed at 54 Psi. Is that the way the light operates or am I reading the print wrong?

I tested the door switch and it does not show an open connection when depressed, it shows around 4 ohms to ground when I press in the switch with the meter connected from P28-14 socket to ground. I does not seem right, but I do not want to tear the door panel off and find out that it was all right.

Thanks in advance for any help with the air step.

I have found an "improvement" made by the PO which added a wire to one of the door switches and cut both air step open and close wires to implement that improvement. Does anyone have a wiring diagram of the door switches on a '94 WLWB?

I would also like to remove the under dash panel in front of the stepwell. Does anyone know how to remove that panel so I can get to the door wiring?

Thanks,
Dave
