The nut on the top of the jack is what needs to be removed to access the "o" rings. It is held on with an excessive amount of lock tight. You need to use a torch to melt the lock tight and with a large headed screwdriver and a box end wrench, it can be removed. Use air to separate the cylinder from the outer piece, not too much air, after the nut is backed off to near removal. There are 3 square "o" rings inside and one "o" ring under the nut. As was said, any hydraulic shop should have the "o" rings in stock, as it is a standard item.
