Default instant pots

Hi there! I remember a bunch of great meals cooked by you all in Instant Pots. Ed and I are planning to purchase one. What brand and size would you recommend?

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from Leah and Ed

We have a 6 quart that we use constantly, in the house and the bus. Great purchase. Merry Christmas!

Jean says Instant Pot in the 6 qt size. By the way I spotted you two on US 19 at the stop light in front of Hardee's Homosassa, FL last week. Merry Christmas to ya'll!

We have the 3Qt on the bus and 6Qt at home. Since it is just the two of us, the 3Qt makes plenty of food for us.

Note: we eat Keto-Carnivor so we don't have tons of vegetables and other fillers to cook. If you still eat the Standard American Diet (SAD) you'll need the 6Qt for two people due to the bulk of carbohydrates.

Jackie swears by our Insta-pot. We have the 3 Qt size, but like cooking enough for left over meals (big casseroles, chili, etc) so wish we'd got the 6 Qt size. There are tons of Insta-pot recipes online!

6 qt for house
3 qt for bus

Depending on the crowd we sometimes use both at same time.

We have the 8 qt. You dont have to fill it all the way up and the 8qt has room for racks of ribs!
