Default New propane fill - 86 PT

So the last few years I've had issues getting my propane refilled. It was painfully slow, to the point the place I used asked me not to come back till I got it fixed. So, last fall I did some research and stumbled across this link:

Problem is, those old fill valves are either not available or really hard to find, till I came across that site. Bottom line, the "fix" is to buy a new valve, which needs to screw into something. It is meant to screw into an existing female threaded hole. Well, our old ones are one piece, the float is part of the unit that bolts to the tank. So, you take out your old one, chop the float part off so that you basically retain the square housing I needed to bolt to the tank, and the new float screws right in. Hadn't had a chance to refill and test it, that was today. Small leak, another 360 degree turn and no more leaks. Rather easy fix and not too expensive, under $100 bucks, half hour or so labor and back to normal again.
