Default Fridge over heaters?

Has anyone pulled the old 4 door fridge and installed a house fridge while keeping the electric toe kick and the AH heat exchanger under the fridge opening? Now that I have power out at the 2000 LXi, I have found the 4 door Norcold fridge isn't working. No power to the control panel and none of the buttons seems to do anything. I did verify power at the fridge outlet but that is as far as the troubleshooting went. As nasty as the inside is, I don't think I want to try and clean it anyway. The problem is, the fridge opening is only about 64 or 65" high and most house fridges are about 70" tall. I have no problem customizing the opening but I have no desire to try and move the AH exchanger or the toe kick heater. The toe kick "could" be relocated under the kitchen cabinets but I am sure there is a reason BB didn't put it there in the first place.
I am thinking I could possibly lower the current fridge floor and gain the needed space. However, I do not want to go through the trouble of pulling the old fridge just to have to put it back. Any advice from those who have a house fridge over those heaters is appreciated.

I'd pull it out and lower the fridge, you need the extra space and it would be easier to use a little lower to the floor. If you really wanted to keep the heater you could turn it on it's side between the exterior wall and the back of the fridge.

Since you are replacing with a new fridge anyway, you might want to look at doing a dedicated inverter just for the fridge. Lower standby losses and longer runtime. I'm thinking about adding one to ours for the same reason.

Not sure if this is helpful, Dave, but my bus has the toe kick heater and AH exchanger under the kitchen cabinets and the residential fridge stands directly on the floor. I have a deep cabinet above the fridge. It is a great spot for the electric griddle, large serving platters, etc.

So is there nothing on the toe kicks below the counter cabinets because of the slide, perhaps?

Is it possible to move them to the wall under the dining table above the wire run?

the electric toe kick gets used very little IMO,delete it and forget about it.
The house fridge is worth loosing the heater.

I agree with Randy. I have a Samsung RF18A has no handles and works great. This is my second one with no issues.

On a 380 that i had and changed the fridge to a house type i had to move the aquahot convector (that was under the gas fridge) to the back of the space and mount it sideways.
Its been a few years and to me it was a simple move.
I think Jim B also did the same thing on his 380,but its been a few years for him as well.

I may start removing the old fridge today/this weekend. Once I get everything out I will see how much clearance I can get above the heaters. The toe kick is slim enough not to worry much about. I am more concerned with the height of the AH heater.

I put a Samsung in the Super C that I own. The whole setup looks almost exactly like your pictures. I cut out the shelf it was sitting on and lowered it down to just above the AH heat exchanger. The area above was converted to storage. We don’t put small stuff in there because it’s open around the sides and rear for air flow. Small items could fall down in the cracks but for paper towels, it works great

I had a cabinet shop make a nice walnut door that hinges up towards the ceiling.

Everything looks good and best of all—- the wife likes it. We lost a refrigerator full of food because the old dometic quit cooling. She wasn’t very happy about that one.

BTW. You do great work. I’m sure it will look great when you’re finished.

Max.

I know your not asking for Refrigerator preference but when we switched to a house fridge in our 94 WB I did some research. We selected a GE counter Depth. It had a much higher customer rating than the Samsung.
