Markus, I understand your point and it may be well taken. We are all speaking from our personal experiences and opinions are... you know the rest. Until you get to know and develop confidence in individuals you likely have to take everyones opinions with grains of salt a plenty. I've learned who I trust on what subjects. ( At least to some degree )

Having said that if you were scared enough to talk to Randy then we done you good.

Documentation is obviously critical. I agree 25k could be spent on an interior upgrade but it is well beyond the norm. I'd want to know why. Could well be that the PO just wanted it perfect but more typically there would be another explanation. Water damage comes to mind. All I was saying is be suspicions. Fear is good, but you are correct not to the point of paralysis

As listed in my signature, an 82 PT40. Technically I'm not an owner yet, but I guess I'm also not a wannabee either. I have agreed to buy the coach from the current owner, but he has had some medical issues recently slowing things down.
