Default Is it gross or just condensation?

HI,
How do I know if the slow (10 drips per minute), small drip from the cap of the waste tank is just condensation or a leak?
The coach was winterized by the PO before I bought it in late October.

It's been terribly cold in New England and we are just starting the thaw.
Thoughts or Experience regarding how I can tell?
Thanks!
Brett

I'll guess is a dump valve leak, they require routine service, and the end cap leaks also

You have some bypassing going on with your dump valve or valves.

Cleaning of the seating area can fix that sometimes or just rebuild with new seals from Dupree Products will probably be the ultimate fix. The seals do get old and deteriorate. Lube with “Rubber Friendly” lubricant —- not something harsh that will shorten the life.

Max.
