Glad you found the blown fuse - hopefully it was just a one time event that caused it to blow.

Headlights are run off a multiplex system called Dinex not Intellitec Dinex is common to many commercial bus builds. The house multiplex is called Intellitec, And the Chassis multiplex is Dinex. It is true that Intellitec does not do much on the chassis . A good way to tell what multiplex is prompting commands is the type of fuses used. Dinex component are the mini blades

Probably has 7 volts in the first of two chassis batteries in your battery bay. a good indication that the Vanner Voltmaster under the turn off switches in the battery bay is muffed. they were wired wrong by the factory in my opinion. and they seem to muff due to that or someone suggested lack of circulation. low volts will run stuff but the watt demand incresse the amps passed and cause some heat issues in switches and components. could also be that the Dinex pilot commands are run with lower voltage but I would check on the voltage of the mid row most right battery
