Thanks Russ,
I remember hunting for that hidden Bendix when I had ABS problems a few years back - it turned out to be mice nesting in the brake drum rather than an electronic issue.

When I changed out the burner nozzle and the temperature valve in the AquaHot five years ago I had reinstalled the cover over the burner.

The drip under the Aquahot exhaust hole was fresh water not heating system anti-freeze and as of this morning the puddle under the exhaust opening is dried up. Once I replace the manifolds I can test for potable water leaks in the outer coil. I need to put a shut off valve ahead of the potable water coil so the coach is usable if the coil fails.

Russ, I think I misread your first post to mean that your Aquahot also froze.
This morning the puddle had evaporated, EG no more potable water drip, but I won’t be able to pressure test until I fix the manifolds.
I’m planning on ordering the Manibloc!

Prior to my purchase of the LXI the copper tubing wrapped around the AquaHot tank froze and burst. The original CPVC manifold also froze and pipe pieces had already cracked off it like chicken bones.

I think you will like the Manibloc. I purchased mine at SupplyHouse.

I have attached an image of the ribbon crimper bands I used. Notice the crimp loops on all connections are facing out incase they need to be removed. These small crimper loops can be gently and easily cut with a dremal allowing repair anytime anywhere.

The other images are the original water pump plumbling and the complete rebuild I completed

Randy suggested the Manibloc and gave a Newbe (me) a lot of guidance. I really appreciated the number of times he answered his phone when my number showed up on the screen.

Also Thank you Lucas Willemse for vast knowledge.
Russ, These are my new inspiration pics for the wet bay! Great Job on this.

Tagging onto this old thread - anyone have immediate access to any of the 8 and 6 port 3/8” supply miniblocs? Need to have in hand Monday-Tuesday at the latest. Have talked to all the major suppliers and no joy till Wednesday/Thursday which may be our only option but figured it couldn’t hurt to ask.
