1978 Diesel fc35 side bath SHELL 4 sale

I am open to any and all offers for my 1978 FC35. I have not used it in 2 years and it is taking up space in my backyard. *THIS IS A PROJECT* When last used I was full timing, had it fully serviced, drove 500 miles then parked the beast. It is located in West Texas in the "wonderful city of Big Spring" home to 5 prisons, a state mental hospital, a VA hospital and not much else.

First the Good;
The body is in verty good condition with minimal rust, the engine and transmission ran strong when the coach was parked for the last time, tires were relatively new steering was tigh tand it has a stabilizer. The coach has a new 7.5 generac gas generator, a data storm satellite unit on the roof with HD, there is a new A/C unit on the roof. The roof does not leak. There is a swinging radiator, a 7500# trailer hitch in the rear. In 5 years of full timing the Wanderlodge NEVER let me down. the stove works fine.

The Bad; NO cab AC, the refridgerator is shot, the water tank holds water but a couple of pipes froze and need to be replaced, the shower needs repair, and the heater no longer work ( I used electic heaters). This waqs last registered in Vermont so there is no title, sold with bill of sale only.


The UGLY;
This beast is going to need a new interior and who knows what else.

Currently it is sitting in my back yard taking up space and I want it gone. It has H2O and 50 amp service running to it at the present time and if the buyer wanted to work on it for a period of time it can sit where it is.

I would love to get $100,000.00 for the beast but thats not going to happen.
I will look at all offers and I will answer any questions you have. If someone wanted to fly out to look things over I may be able to pick you at at the Midland Airpoirt.
Sold AS IS WHERE IS, but I will help the buyer in any why I can.

Could you provide alittle more info? Diesel, 4 sp trans, mileage etc.?

The bird has a 3208 NA diesel, Allison 4 speed transmission. Mileage is unknown but i would guess under 150000 but I have no way of knowing as the speedometer is doa, I used a gps as a speedometer ever since I purchased the bus. Repainted before I purchased it the paint is still mostly good and shiney ( maroon and silver), all the glass is good, no cracks chips etc. Also has aluminum wheels.
With cheap but fair offer, some parts and a lot kof sweat this will make someone a nice rv.

Looking at the picture I believe it is a Wanderlodge. I don't think someone doing a "home built" would have went to the trouble and expense of the same "goat rails", Zip Dee awnings etc. In addition the mid-door is identical which I would think would be hard to duplicate that closely. It may be a WL II in that the front bumper appears to be painted. If I'm not wrong that advertising should come off fairly easily. Isn't it some sort of wrap that is commonly done now days and is meant to be removed? If so there may be a WL paint job under there. This may be a cheap buy for someone depending on mechanicals.....

Its a wanderlodge there is docking lights, generator slide out, white bathroom window, all the fixens, but the mirrors a goofy.

Actually those are the correct mirrors. They came on mine but I have since replaced them with later model BB heated mirrors.....
