Seems like awfully low mileage for a bus with so many things that don't work......but it looks nice in the pics.

Seems average to me (except for the mileage). There are many items on that list that may be resolved with one or two fixes.

The low mileage actually may contribute to some non operational items as things tend to degrade when not used. I might be concerned about seals etc when put into use. Leaks etc.

This is basically the same bus I have. Could be a decent deal for someone. These models are a multifunctional bus that can go fulltime but still go just about anywhere, with the pusher quietness and ride plus the power. Camp in a state park or the desert with a lower battery load. They also go down the road like wildfire. Mine is up to 70 - 75 in no time if you don't watch it.

Depends on what you want.

If the mileage is correct then it has only averaged 22.29 miles per hour. Perhaps thats because of all the western mountains or could the speedometer be wrong??

Something amiss there. Should be more than 22.

I sent a note to the owner, we could scout it if someone is interested.

If you use 163K instead of 63K, then it becomes 57MPH. That seems a bit high unless they did nothing but highway driving. But, 22MPH is certainly very low as well. Tough to say which is correct. I usually figure on 35-45MPH for the average coach but there's always one here and there that is an anomaly.

All in all, it does look good cosmetically.

I note that this coach is located in Oregon. If it spent considerable time on the west coast, the low average MPH could certainly reflect use in mountains and over twisty back roads (of which there are many).

It is still a somewhat low miles per engine hours, so further inquiry is advised.
