Default Pocket door repair

The bedroom pocket door roller has failed so it has to come apart. Searched the forum and did find the repair part is a Johnson Hardware 1125, ball bearing roller assembly.
What is the procedure for getting to that upper hardware ? And of course we are on the road traveling.
Any help appreciated friends .

Paul, on my coach there is a header over the door that is screwed in place. You can remove that header and then gain access to those rollers. There should be a nut on the stem of the roller that you can loosen to remove it. If your header does not remove with screws, then yours may be like my closet doors and there is a plastic lever release, that you should be able to reach with your finger. Flip that release open and then you can remove the roller from the door.

I had an issue with mine a while back. I did something dumb and spray foamed it open! I had to slide out the fridge and cut an access hole in the wall behind the fridge. It now has a removable cover over the access.
What I found was that there is, in fact, a plastic release lever on each of 2 rollers that release the door from the rollers. Once the door is out of the way the individual rollers can be removed from the end of the track.

Default M380 Bedroom Pocket Door Off-Track - Repaired (fix may be similar for other models)

One of my double bedroom doors came “off the track” and jammed. I had never been able to align them properly such that when closed, the opening between the doors was aligned. Luckily access to the track is easy - just remove the two screws under the wood plugs on either side of the decorative panel. This allows the panel to be removed, exposing the hanger hardware. I discovered that the screw hanger bolt was too short and had backed out. Solution was to remove the old bolt and replace it with a slightly longer one. Completely new Johnson hanger roller kits with the bolt are available online, including heavier duty Johnson ball bearing roller kits available via Amazon. Instead I fabricated a slightly longer version of the hanger bolt by grinding down the head of a standard machine bolt so it fit in the retainer bracket on the door - the one that holds the hanger bolt in place with a plastic retainer clip. The slightly longer hanger bolts provided enough length to properly align the closing gap between the two doors. Unfortunately when the door was then secured open with the flip lever, the bottom retaining pin was too short and wouldn’t engage. Aligning the door properly had caused the retaining pin to be higher than the door retaining pin stop, which allowed the door to freely slide out even though the pin was in the stop position. A small strip of wood added to the retaining piece solve this issue.

Bottom Line - both doors now work as BB intended with no risk that they will “come off track” or open when the coach is in motion

Yes the door is working again. Did not need the new hardware but nice to have spares. The 3/4 long screws had come loose . Redrilled for longer screws and added a couple more. See pics.
Thanks y'all, so tomorrow its on to St.Louis.
