The closet doors are different on the 91 and ours has a pocket door between the kitchen and bath area so no swinging door there. But there is no extra bracing on the front wall of the tank area. The front wall has screws on each end, several brackets on the bottom and several screws to hold the closet floor to the top of the wall and that's it. The plastic tank fits tightly and bulges out on the sides when full. I doubt there is much you can do to stop it short of making a new tank. There are no baffles or strengthening ribs on the plastic tank so really nothing to stop it from pushing on the wall.

Hmm.... Could it be the fill hose itself? A crack or split?

Thank you for the reply Bobbie, I forgot about the redesign in 91 in that area. I will attempt to add some strength in the corner I am having the issue in and update with my results over this traveling season.

The wet floor is opposite the fill hose, so unlikely.
