I am not impressed with the FSD shocks,if you can buy red adjustables you will be happier, and plase post your numbers here.
Even if they are the same as Les used, your coach may be newer or older, than his, lets try to help members with years of coachs.

Fronts are the red adjustable. I am going by the info I found in this thread. Are they interchangeable? Front to back? Does anyone ever adjust the the adjustment or leave them at default setting!

Default Front Air Springs

Felt like I got a reasonable deal on front air springs. Ordered SpringPro 888997 from AnythingTruck.com and when they arrived, found Qty. 1 W01-358-8997 in the box, and 3 SpringPro 888997. Looks like good quality. I paid $138.78 per bag, and after checking today, they are up to $152.56 already. Gotta love inflation (no pun intended ). https://www.anythingtruck.com/product/280-8997.html

Actually Hendersons lineup is where I'm going. I'll post the estimate...I live South of Medford,Oregon. They did a safety inspection for me last year and know what they are doing. (I thought about buying the parts myself...could save probably 3-400 dollars...but if something goes wrong they would be more likely to cut me a deal if they purchase the parts...that's my thinking at least)

I thought about attempting it (and read every post I could find here on doing the job) but without a pit...honestly it spooked me doing it alone...under 16 tons. Plus, 2 months ago I got a diagnosis of Lymphoma...started Chemotherapy 2 weeks ago. Here's the estimate:

1987 FC35 Silver Wanderlodge

Visiual Steering & Suspension Pinpoint Inspection 0.5hr 0.00
Koni Frt Shocks #90-2497SP1 2 unit 277.00 $454.00
Koni Rear Shocks #9005-1025 2 units 248.00 $496.00
Labor 4.5hrs 177.26hr $797.67

Frt Air SPring #100-358-8997c 4 units 263.51 $1054.04
Rear Air Spring #100-358-9039c 4 units 220.44 $881.76
Labor 16hrs 177.26hr $2,836.16

Shop Supplies 76.04
Oregon CAT 65.20

Grand Total: $6,660.87

Yea a bit of heartburn, but not a job I can do...Hendersons usually is conservative on thier estimates...could be a bit less labor...I imagine it will add half the amount to the value of the Bus, although I want to keep the rig for a while. Only has 64,000 miles...but the Bags could be original.

Hopefully this will fix the air issue...or at least part of my leak.
Comments welcome...

Kevin
