Sorry Randy,
I don’t know how many years they used that particular switch. Mike had some good suggestions in the previous response.

If OEM is important, try Visone or Colaws salvage yards.

Thanks for the leads David. Called Colaws, very nice people but no luck. They did give me an additional lead, Arizona RV Salvage. I’ll call Visone and RV Salvage on Monday since neither are open on the weekends.
Thanks again,
Randy B

Sadly, no luck at Visone or Arizona RV Salvage. Visone had 4 Wanderlodges on site but all four wiper delay switches had been sold. Arizona RV salvage thought they had some other RVs that had that switch but no luck. Looks like time to try to adapt one of the switches suggested earlier in this thread.
Thanks,
Randy B

After having no luck finding the original Hella module, I decided to try Peter’s suggestion and adapt another switch:
https://www.tacbusparts.com/TH2394-D...ler-for-Thomas
Transportation Accesories Company (Tac) was very quick to deliver. I got it in 2 days. The switch and module were well made units. A couple problems were easy to spot. The switch required a 3/4 inch x 1 1/2 inch in dash cutout, which if used that way would have damaged the ElectroLuminicant lighting in the dash. Secondly and more importantly, its control module required 12 connections as opposed to the 5 connections to the Hella control module. So I contacted TAC, and they were very nice and professional. They issued me a return authorization and full refund. Nice since many companies won’t refund on electrical components.
So I thought I have nothing to lose so I’ll take apart the Hella unit and see if I can fix it. The Hella unit I have is transparent so I could see the inner workings. To take the unit apart, remove the nut around the control shaft and there are 4 plastic clips, that as part of the external housing, hold the control module inside. I was able to get 2 of the clips to release at a time. With a friend you could probably get all 4 of the clips released and slide it out. Since I couldn’t get all 4 released at this time, I put it under my lighted magnification glass stand and could see no broken or burnt connections. The soldering on the back side of the control board looked good. So I thought I would just clean it up and put it back until I could get my electrical engineer buddy to do some checks on the diodes, etc. i checked all the external wiring connections. I cleaned the terminal lugs, cleaned the female connections, cleaned the input shaft and put it all back to fix at a later date. When I put it all back, it magically works fine now. I’ll keep looking for a spare just in case. This could work for a long time or short time.
Thanks for all the help and suggestions.

Well at least this item is labeled correctly, intermittent wipers sometimes they work sometimes they don’t. I have fixed many a thing by just taking it apart and putting it back together, call it the magic healing!
