Looks Great!
I've been contemplating it but our detail guy doesn't want a job large, your results are outstanding.

Tell us more!
What did you use, how long did it take, how long was the prep, what would you do different next time?

If you did it yourself what product did you use?
No I had someone do it. Clay barred with 2 coats of ceramic.

The guy that did it was recommended by someone I know. It took him all day and the cost was just over 2K, that included polishing the wheels. I'm not sure what the brand or exactly what he used. I'm hoping it will extend the life of the paint, if it does then it was well worth it.

Lots of work going on in the coach lately. After finding a leak in the fresh water tank, we decided a new tank would be the best way to proceed. As the saying goes, in for a Penny, in for a Pound, I commissioned a new stainless steel tank. I had it slightly modified from the original to fit better and work with the soon to be installed SeeLevel tank monitors. Not that it's quite the problem in the 91 SP as the earlier versions, but this should cure the bulging closet wall issue. The place I'm using does everything by CAD and made a really cool drawing (see attachments). The flat stainless sheet is cut with a water jet and then fabricated exactly to the drawings. It goes into production next week, can't wait to see the finished product.

While waiting for the tank to come back, we dis some general cleaning, installed new faucets and ripped out the original inverter and chargers, coach batteries, etc. Also took out the radio, related amps and a rats nest of now unneeded wires. Also removed the Microphor toilet and have been working on plumbing the new gravity toilet to the black tank. It seems like every time I think I have it sorted, something doesn't quite line up or whatever, but with luck should have the plumbing done this weekend.

Pretty much have the new inverter system planned out. It's quite involved and took a bit of back and forth with several experts, but now have a (hopefully) final plan for everything. I'm doing a Victron system again.

New AM/FM/Sat radio is in the works as is the rear camera, CB radio, speakers, etc.

I would post pictures, but not much to see except various pieces of the bus stacked wherever we can find room. The closet is apart for the water tank, bathroom as well, dash is apart for the radio. Once the new water tank is in things can go back together and we can start seeing some progress.

Bobbie,

I'd like to get details of your conversion from Microphor to gravity.

My Microphor is down - 12V air compressor has died - tank rusted and leaking so it needs replacing, while the compressor pump needs a rebuild - trying to source a kit that will fit.

Or, rather than fixing the air compressor, convert to gravity - how has it gone for you?

I'd prefer eliminating the need for compressed air and 12v power to flush, but also need a working toilet soonest.

Thanks! Ken
