Didn’t everyone else in the country go out and buy a rv during COVID.

If your not using your coach you should probably sell it, better then letting it sit and decay. Your asking the wrong people, I think most of us love our coach’s.

If you are not using the coach any longer, sell it. Vehicles do not fare well sitting around. Before it becomes a "ran when parked". This is a PERSONAL decision.

For us the bus means freedom, especially during Covid, travelling with our bed, our fridge, our bathroom. Social distancing? No problem. I am like a snail, take my house with me, stop on a whim, not depending on hotels and restaurants. Again personal choice.
Getting away from a hurricane? No worries, room and board, genny and fuel ready to go. Ditto during winter power outages.

As for family: we travelled with parents (all of us adults), not easy but doable, with separate motorhomes a joy. Believe me, I loved my parents, but sharing a holding tank.

Why not just go and travel, swing by the grandkids, tell good stories.
We sold our first motorhome in 96 after a year of fulltime living/travelling. Said we don't need it, working etc. Missed it, never been motorhome less since.
