Default DC Control Breaker Part Number

I have an Onan 8.0 RV Genset (model number starts with DKD)

The DC Control Breaker has gone bad and I have tried the information in this post to get a replacement but to no avail and have called several other places and have also called newark.com and they can't seem to track it down either. The number on the breaker which I am not sure is complete because the paper has flaked off is 320-1140 and the number that Onan gave me is 320 -1412 but the parts guy there wasn't very convincing. Can any one help my with a part number and place to buy one please?

Check out this ebay auction. The number your Onan tech gave you doesn't match.

GENUINE ONAN CIRCUIT BREAKER #320-1140 is the correct rocker breaker also if you blow the push button reset, I have it and can get it to you or you may call me, 502-417-5681. It's on the bus. I would recommend that you replace the push button with a 20 amp blade fuse. It is a lot cheaper and eaiser to obtain, $3 compared to $12 But if you really want to buy Onan here is one on eBay Might as well get it too because sooner or later it will fail, twice for me in 7 years.

Default DC Control BRKR-SKU number and new Manufacturer number

Thanks every one I finally found it with the correct number at newark.com. I would replace it with a fuse but am to lazy to take the top off and wire it. I am interested when the time comes in replacing the circular fault breaker at the bottom of the panel when the time comes and am wondering about what to put in place of it, is a fuse okay and if so what size?

I have posted the information on the switch SKU # and manufacturer number in case any one else wants to replace it without looking everywhere.

As for the rocker breakers I found generic ones from Newark a few years back and post those numbers here on the forum. Right now I'm on the road and sort of wished I had a spare because my generator is dead again. I'll fight that battle when I get home. If anyone has time to use the site search feature they may find those numbers. If I'm not mistaken I think I also gave the numbers to Bill Pape & Dan Leftwich.

Sorry I didn't see Kiki's post, that be it
