Default Hehr Window Cleaning Tip

Our '93 has Hehr windows and my wife, who's a clean freak, was going crazy trying to clean the small area on the lower portion of the window (the part that can be opened) where the window area is blocked by the screen.

The answer; there is a plastic channel that the screen rides in at the bottom. Using a pair of pliers get a good grip on that channel and simple pull it out toward the front of the coach. You can then drop the screen out and clean the window. Obviously just reverse the process to put it back together.

Some of the channel came out easy, others required a good tug, one was full of dirt, and I sprayed a little WD 40 and let it sit for a bit before trying again.

A happy wife is a very good thing.
