Try Auto-Jet: http://www.mandrelbending-tubefabric...lBus/index.php for pipe, fittings, muffler. Excellent site with BlueBird exhaust diagrams.

Also, I recommend this muffler replacement or similar: https://www.xtremediesel.com/magnafl...hoCHB0QAvD_BwE

I may be going against the grain a bit...I think mufflers are a good idea for reasonable sound reduction, especially if the exhaust exits the side/rear of the coach. You may not think your coach is loud...but stand outside and listen to it when running under load, or ride beside it a bit in a car or motorcycle. My suggestion is to mount a non-restrictive straight through muffler.

Our FC has a Magnaflow straight muffler, 4" inlet/outlet, 30" long as I recall...nice sound, throaty, but not obnoxious. The removal of the OEM muffler also resulted in a felt performance increase...the OEM was pretty restrictive and filled with soot.

Default Try a Donaldson 51 muffler.

Hi, I really like my Donaldson 51 Diesel muffler, quiet and low resistance to flow.
No droning sound at any time.
On Semi trucks, considered to be the premium to which others are compared.
Just do not install a “gas” muffler!
