Default 12v circuit breaker question

Hello,
On my 86 pt 40 the starboard reading lights all were dead. the beaker has the TV rotor & reading lights on that breaker, if I put the wire from the lights on another breaker in the same line it works fine. Do I have to replace all six breakers or can I replace the one?
