Default Disconnected wire...

While poking around in a compartment that I think used to hold the original battery charger for my PT-40 (a lockable compartment just forward of the engine, passenger side), I found this wire loose. IMHO, it originally connected to one of the open lugs on one of the relays to the left, & powered the third relay to the right (seen better in the first photo). All of this sits just below a shelf in the compartment. Anyone know; 1. what these relays are for, 2. where should the loose wire plug in, & 3. do I still need them?

Thanks!
