Default Perfect Toe Heaters

Here are two pictures of a relay under the kitchen counter under the stove mounted against the coach wall. It's a relay between the thermostat and the the power for the Perfect Toe heater. I pulled the heater and serviced it and a good cleaning and bench tested it. It works great. But once wired into this relay it's got no power. Anybody know what kind of relay this and where I can get a replacement? Or could it be the thermostat? HVAC is not a specialty for me. I'll test power to it in the morning. Any help is appreciated.

That relay takes 12v input, and switches the 120v current for your heater. Blue Bird likes using them for various 120v tasks.

Kurt your pictures are of a Porter Blumfield 12V/120V relay. They now make a solid state replacement. I have several of them so I'll get you the stock number in the morning.

which heater is this for?
The front heater has to have the front AC switch by the driver turned on,and the T-stat on the wall turned to heat,

Randy,

This toe heater is under the kitchen counter. It has it's own dedicated thermostat that also operates the 120v exhaust fan in the roof. It is not connected to the master switch's on the dash, at least it always worked independently of the other systems.

Rob can you send another picture this one is a bit blurred.

Also if anyone could tell me how I can stretch my arms out another 8 to 12 inches to actually get at this relay would be nice. It going to be a real pain in the A--LOL

I also need to replace one of the check valves coming out of the Aquahot for the front AH heaters, According to Aquahot this valve will start to stick closed, The fix just bang on it with a hammer It started working, But when it stops flowing it sticks closed again and banging on it doesn't always free it up. $5 part at the plumbing supply.

By the way if you need a new pump for your AH get them online for around $200. AH gets $650+ for the same pump. http://www.marchpump.com/documents/809-HS.asp

Get further away and take the pict at a higher resolution where it'll focus. Then you can crop & zoom on the computer...
