Default Replacement LED Spotter Bulbs

All

Of the 43 halegon spotter bulbs in my LXi more than half are burned out. Have searched and cannot find any current threads on LED replacement bulbs.

Does anyone have a current recommendation as to model number and source.

Dean

On my 99 LXI, I replaced the entire light with LED replacements. The spotter lights were polished brass with halogen bulbs. The replacements are frosted glass and have a modern look. The lights fit right in the hole and the two spring clips from the OEM's fit on the new ones. The light is a white light. Not cool white. The ebay number is 182529184514. I was able to get a discount based on the number I ordered (35).

The spotters are the 3" round lights that are inbedded in the headliner from the front to the back of the RV. Bedroom has 9 of them, the bathroom area has 7 plus two in the toilet and 15 of them in the kitchen/living room area. That's what they are called on the switch panel by the passenger seat. They are a round swivel light.

I also replaced mine with LED units.

Search for "LED G4 puck lights"

Many will pop up with internet search. These are not what I bought but are an example of what I mean: https://www.superbrightleds.com/more...yABEgJ03vD_BwE

The ones I bought were 5 LED lights. Due to my white interior I bought warm white. Others preferred cool white with their darker interior.

Your call. You could always buy a couple of each a decide yourself. I have no connection to any vendor.

FWIW: I did have to adjust the prongs for width and length to have them fit the light plug.

Cool white is blueish and makes it look like an operating room. Change the whole light assembly to the all glass units. They look infinitely better and you don't have to mess with the prongs.
