It's hard to dianose without pulling the tank. Ed Wimberley here on the forum has an assortment of tanks from the Bluebird factory. The tank can also be repaired with a plastic welding kit.

Jim,
Before you pull the tank, open the opposite side bay door and remove the metal panel there. You'll be looking at the backside of the water tank. The fill level sensors are right there. Maybe one leaks? Also, there's a 1 1/2" (maybe 2") line that comes off the bottom of the main tank, runs behind the water pumps and toolbox bay to the small tank. Maybe that line is leaking. Just a couple of thoughts off the top of my head. Let's us know what you find! You're right, no tank heaters, but you almost certainly have heat tapes along the lines.

I have not removed a tank, so I'm only going by what I've seen of the layout in mine. I would think that it would come out the passenger side. You'd remove the various connections and slide it out.
In mine the fresh water tank is a translucent tank that you can see part of when you're filling with fresh water, but you have to look under the metal work and through the door that opens to allow access to the sewer connection on the driver's side. The grey tank is located behind the fresh tank and the black tank is in front of it. The small fresh tank is on the passenger side. Since you're only seeing water on the driver's side, I'd be suspect of the several connection and valves that are right there. Dry up the water with something and sit and wait to see where you first notice it. You should be able to narrow it down. I would be thinking connection leak before tank leak. Can you post a picture?
