Default 79 XV For Sale in AZ

Here are the particulars about the XV that I'm selling.

This XV as far as I can tell had a new 3208T installed at some point later on in its life. I did a little research and found out that the guy that had it built was married to an heiress to the Dodge family and used it to haul his hydroplane to races around the country. I guess he was pretty famous in the 70's and being a horsepower kind of guy I imagine the NA Cat didn't work for him for very long. It also had air ride, the Jacobs retarder, a Nakamichi sound system in the bedroom, and a few other things installed at the same time. I imagine it had to be done at the factory but I don't have a record of it, which surprises me because the Bluebox is full of stuff done over the years.

There are a few things that need to be done and a few things that I would like to do but as it sits the XV runs and drives just like a turbo Cat should.

Here's what I've found that needs to be fixed. Obviously some things are more important than others.

Needs 4 tires - Steers are 2 years old but drives are 8 and are showing some cracking in the sidewalls
Clean up the dash wiring and some of the dash components
Chassis heat - Have not tried to diagnose it yet
Cruise control - Light comes on and vacuum pump spins but I haven't really tried to troubleshoot it yet.
Upgrade the audio/video system
Reupholster the front couch
2 out of three propane furnaces ignite and blow heat. I imagine the 3rd one needs to be pulled and cleaned.

Here's what I have done

Changed fluids and filters on the Cat and the Perkins
New 12 volt water pump under the bed
New faucets in galley and bathroom
Cleaned all the condensers and screens on the Cruiseairs
Repainted the brown color on the upper section of the bus. It was faded and didn't look good so I had it done while the weather was right. The lighter colors are in good shape and really responded well to a good waxing.

I've put about 700 miles on this bus since I bought it and it seems to run flawlessly. All the temps and pressures are where they need to be and it drives well for a heavy bus. I wouldn't be afraid to drive this bus anywhere as long as the weather was fair.

The odometer reads 98,641
Engine hours are 3469
Generator hours are 1892

The 91 Cherokee is also for sale if interested. It's got 160k on the odometer but I just went through the whole thing and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. It runs like a champ and has s Stowmaster towbar and a Roadmaster brake actuator.

Asking price is 20k for the XV and 4.5k for the Jeep and everything is negotiable.
