Default Electrical boxes under the bed

What are these used for besides making humming noises? I didn't find any mention of them in my blue box drawings. They are located under the removable floor beneath the foot of the bed.

There are just wire connections in the plastic junction boxes. These connections join the various circuits to the relays in the steel boxes.

In the steel boxes are the transfer relays that transfer AC source power to the various circuits so that they can be powered by shore/Gen power OR inverter power.

Thanks. One of these days I might take a peek inside to inspect the relays. It will be nice to reduce the hum/buzz. Hopefully they aren't obsolete parts. Just another something to add to the list.

I think the humming noise might be your bus trying to tell you it loves you and appreciates all the work you're doing to take care of it. It also hums so you won't feel alone when you sleep overnight.

The hum drowns out the loud vacuum sound that occurs whenever my wallet is brought close to the bus.

Those relays can be bought at any electrical supply house.

You know what they say about a Motorhome... It's a box on wheels, into which you pour an endless and unceasing amount of money.

Or was that a boat...oh well, maybe it's both. At least I don't have a Bus AND a boat!

You know how to make a small fortune - start with a large one and buy a motor home ...
