I have to ask. Are you saying because it is on Facebook the number is legit? I'd trust that about as much as one of the Nigerian messages

And what is wrong with the Nigerian messages? I have many friends there who are always asking me to help them with some money

Let me answer your question with a question.

Did you look at the page? If you did, did you think it was a spam site or a legitimate business.

Obviously I did look at the page and thought it was legit.

Of course not all Facebook sites are your friend. I'll let you decide about this one.

I went, and looked at this Bird. The interior is beautiful, in great shape, and still smells new.
The main engine alternator is not charging, and did not hear the generator run. The right side has some pretty good damage, should not be a major issue, but I am guessing around 7 to 10 k for repair, the main awning, and the rear awning have been torn off, not positive if those will make the repair cost more. The front cap by the generator door on the left side will need to be repaired, about a 12" crack. The front of the Bird will need the 3M film removed, looks bad, but it is the film that's bad, not the paint. It will need new tires soon, they were dated 2010. Overall if the body damage does not scare anyone, this coach has 37k miles, and about 930 main engine hours, and is in beautiful condition. The engine compartment was spotless. I can send someone pictures if they want them, and would be happy to go by there, and take any special requests if needed. The owner did tell me he is negotiatable on the price.

The damage looks bad enough in the photos that the only way to do the repair right would be to remove the skin from between the two moldings and reskin it. That is more than just a simple fair and paint. If you did it yourself, it may not be too bad, but if you pay someone to do it, it could get really expensive.

Reskinning would be costly i suspect.
Most likely it will end up with a few gals of bondo hiding that big gouge.
Or maybe taking a page from Bill Lotts play book,a roll of black monkey tape!
