Default Coolest Bluebird Wanderlodge

Gee.. I thought I had the coolest Wanderlodge, but not according to this post.

It's got 2 then 3 ACs and it's got a Cummins 3208 Turbo Diesel in a 1980 Wanderlodge! hmmmmm

Default My goofy mistakes

I know I can always count on comments from the peanut wanderlodge gallery. Yes I am convinced these vehicles are the coolest. Yes it is the second Catapillar engine and not Cummins. My grammar mistake. The motor was done in the mid S and the original was not turbo. So the story goes. The current Catapillar is 225hp model and drives great. So the current motor should be about 100000 miles. The RV had a 3rd front engine driven ac unit that has been disconnected. Second owner did this. The roof mount ac units were replaced about 3 year ago and work great, even this hottest hot summer of 2010.

I hope this additional information helps. And I still haven't heard from Santa Claus about his new ride.

OK guys, cut Blaine some slack,he may not be the sharpest tack in the box but at least his box is full. I know him personaly and he is a pretty kool guy and I also know the coach he is trying to sell, matter of fact I would have bought it myself 5 years ago if it had not needed paint when it was owned by the previous owner. Mechanically it is a pretty sound coach and anything done in the last four years could only be improvements. The interior is way above average for it's age and better then most I have seen of this era. So before all you all you want-to-bees go blasting a guy for some simple mistakes, at least he is driving something and your not. Blaine is not the owner, as far as I know, he's trying to assist a guy in getting it sold. The former owner is a member of this forum & the current owner may very well be as well; and I'm sure they appreciate all you guys blasting their former pride & joy so please keep that in mind. This is not the first time this coach has been on this forum, I featured it back in early May of this year. So let's keep it civil, sorry John & Randy it must be the drugs

I just see friendly bantering.. I still think mine is the Coolest Coach!

I'd just correct the errors and move on.. Good luck selling.. it looks very clean! Always a shame when someone has to sell a bus.. unless they are upgrading?

Guess I didn't see any blasting going on? The ad does seem a little animated and a little off, can't quite put my finger on it. But when you advertise on a public format, I've learned you need to have a thick skin and not take everything personally.
