Default Coach ventilation

Hey all, I put this Lasko twin window fan in my drivers slider when it’s sitting in my driveway. Cracked the opposite bedroom window and roof vent and on high speed it keeps interior temps like outside. Works on a 120v timer so I turn off all 12v via the A/T switch. About $30 online at Ace Hardware.

Great idea Marc. That's one reason I like my kool-o-matic. I let it run while parked to ventilate the inside.

We do the same thing. It works great for cooling the coach.

We run the ac a lot due to the humidity. During the winter we use a dehumidifier .

I run a dehumidifier unit in my coach all year long — your climate may vary...

After the monsoon WOG this year and literally seeing the condensation rolling down the windows this year I'm thinking of adding a dehumidifier to the coach as an installed option. The AC units do okay in normal weather but sometimes the humidity gets up there near 80%.

I have been looking at the options that boaters use one that really caught my eye was the Ecor Pro EPD30 due to it's size and operating temps down to -4' F if needed - it is a boating 25/7 dehumidifyer. It is a desiccant disc tech so no real noise and is 12"x12"x8" in size and can be ducted. It does need an output duct for the moist air (which is a 1.5" hose- I was going to duct out the dryer vent). The problem is, I can't find it in the US and it is like $650. That is a lot of moola.

Since the cool EPD30 is out of reach, I've been looking at compressor dehumidifiers that I could mount. I haven't found any that really look promising yet and was wondering if anyone has seen anything that could be mounted in the bathroom cabinet and ducted as well as drained remotely? I was thinking of taking a home unit apart and restructuring the guts into the space.
