Default Harvest Hosts....found this searching the net

Found this by doing research on the internet and thought it looked really neat.

Something off the beaten path to do.....some day.

But thought I'd share it here, anyone see/do this before?

Neat idea, thinking about being a host. Wonder what would happen when that rare jerk shows up but won't leave? Going to look into is anyone on WOG a host?

If you find out anyone is...please share. Definitely would be cool to visit someone on here.

What is it you have if your thinking of hosting?

and totally would suck when that "jerk" comes around, didn't think of that but one does wonder how a host would deal with it.

If you sign up, tell them I sent you. Gives each of us an extra month. There is a bird in one of the many pictures. I think it's a host in Minnesota if I remember correctly.

Tina, we have a small blueberry farm about 30 miles se of Portland. Plenty of room to park motor homes but it is NOT an rv park nor will it be. So folks will have to understand it is self contained only, all that is provided is a spot of grass to park on and a friendly face.

When I mentioned this to the one that would do all the work (my wife) she said I would be happy to let Wog members stay. So there you go if your in Oregon in the summer and need a place to park give us a call.

We WERE member and we would join again when we trade our bird in for a B.
Parking can be very tight and impossible for a big A. Most parking is in a field which in rain IS NOT fun!! and too many samples can make a bit of a buzz.
We recently joined similar at golf courses and resorts . . . hope that works well.
