Do it right the first time. The hydralift is worth the money. KC the trailer is a flat bed utility not likely to be seen behind the MH. You know that hang man's lift was not a very good idea but it did work. I remember clearly Woody looking at it and I know he thought I was one real NUT CASE but you know what he said? He said "well at least he's trying to build something" You can't imagine how much I appreciated that. I was and have been trying ever since. Give me an E for effort and an F for friends who help me when my best efforts are just a E. Thanks Woody and Shane and all the rest of ya. Miss you. Keep in mind that apparently nothing is ever forgotten on the WOG and the good stuff probably has pictures taken. If nothing else the Heck Man is good for a bit of entertainment. We all have our part to play. Just happy to be a part of the WOG.

I already used it for parts. I was cut up and used for another project. Can't remember what but it wasn't wasted.
I spent a bunch of money buying the steel and having that welded up. Probably close to the $2500 I am asking for the used hydralift. Story of my life.

Great deal, but I'm afraid I will have to pass John. As usual, my to do list has grossly exceeded my avail budget. 6 tires earlier this year crimped it even further. Good luck with sale. Deet

My hydralift has been sold. Going to a good home. The last motorcycle is selling on ebay this morning. Reserve has been reached and so I will be officially finished with the motorcycles.
I've been really fortunate in that I've never been down or had any seriously close calls. BUT it's time to stop and like many other things in life a fellow has to know when to say when. I just feel like my reaction time and perhaps attention to "details" requires that I give up some thing that I've enjoyed but which we all know can really bite you if you make even a small error. Book of Heckman

I reached the same point in my aviation career BEFORE anyone else had to tell me! But I am approaching that point in my motorcycling endeavors before long. I have to finish my tree house in the next two years....my wife says I can't play up there after I am 70!! ![]() .

Never had a tree house I guess it's too late for that too
![]() It's tough to have to admit you're not able to do this stuff. It's a bit of an emotional downer but then I counter that thinking that 1) I WAS able to do it for years and had no accidents or ugliness which not many say they were that fortunate and 2) at my age I am still blessed with the ability to do lots of other things while many are SO limited by infirmity. You can fight the war of aging and you might win a battle or two but no one wins the war. I don't like being an old guy but then options to it aren't so great. However I see on the news if a fellow doesn't want to be "an old guy" he could become "an old girl" Some how I don't think that would make me feel a bit better about not riding the motorcycle.
