I have tried for 2 days to figure out how to remove this plasma TV with no success. I have read here where people have replaced it so I know it is possible but can not figure it out and web searched have not been helpful. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Got to ask a basic question. Have you been able to lower it? The switch is in a compartment over the drivers station. Then it should be a matter of two people lifting it up so slide it off the mount on the board.

There are not any electronics on the back of this TV. There are 4 posts that come out of the back and through two metal posts mounted to wood. It looks like the TV needs ti lift up but there is no room for it to lift. I have also tried pulling the metal brackets down to release but they would not move.

On my 03 LX, there were 4 posts on the back of the monitor that went through the mounting bracket. The posts had an "o ring groove" that a metal slide piece locked the monitor in place. Remove the 2 screws on the bottom of the bracket that keep the retaining slides in place. Pull/Pry down the two metal retaining slides to release the posts. Monitor will come straight out or fall out and hurt you if no one is holding it. Be VERY careful the monitor is VERY heavy. At least a 2 person job.

^—— What Dennis said. I removed everything and have used a common mount attached to a couple 2x4’s for years with no issues.
https://www.wanderlodgeownersgroup.c...ad.php?t=24454 To your searches add “M380” the subject “TV” with my handle or a couple other M380 people. Chances are you’ll find something about what you’re looking for. Congrats on the coach purchase and welcome to the WOG. Lots of great info here!

I've posted detailed instructions a few years ago. Will try to find them but from memory you will need to:
1. remove the lower cover held in place by the four snap latches 2. disconnect accessible cables 3. find the two metal strips at the base of the bracket that extend upwards 4. remove the retainer screw from each strip 5. get help to secure / catch the monitor 6. pry the strips downward about an inch to unlock the mount's keyhole system 7. pull the monitor away from the mount. 8. disconnect any remaining cables
