Al
On our PT it is best to
1 dump tag wait --3-5 sec
2 dump main
to air up we
1 air up front wait 1 minute or until front has risen
2 air up tag
Our coach's tag will hold up rear end of coach this is NOT recomended because that is severly overloading the tag bags.
Hope this helps

I'll second what Ed has said. I dump the tag first. Then I wait to see the tag gauge coming down, then I dump the mains. Reverse the procedure to air up.

John/Ed I understand the way it should operate My bus will not deflate in the rear. It will stay inflated for days . So far Im sitting 4 days and the rear is still inflated.
Id like to understand the sequence of events that take place . as in a switch, a valve . were is the valve / how do I check it. Then were do I go.
Thank You

Al
Does the coach have air pressure? Ours will not dump when we loose air pressure, sometimes I need to start engine, air up and then dump.
Could it be possible you are loosing air so fast the loss of pressure prevents dumping? Have you tried dumping while engine running?

It's been awhile, but I beleive it may be one of the clipper valves located in the forward service compartment not working. I forget which ones control the rear dump(i'm not near my blue box to pull the schematics). There are several of them up there. They normally have a yellow cap on them, believe they are to the right of where all the relays are mounted up there.

I had a problem with the dump switches about two years ago.
Underneath, the valves looked fine.
I had the switches replaced and now it works fine.
Turns out they have small O rings that fall apart with time, and chunks block the air lines from the dash.
Maybe this is your problems.

Another possibility is; The dump valves under the coach need a positive air pressure signal from an electric air valve, they have a Yellow cap.

http://www.clippard.com/store/byo_electronic/

There are several on BB's, some control accessories, such as air seats, or fresh air dampers, etc. there may be a defective air valve or the terminals are fragile, and may be broken or disconnected.

So far , I determined I have no voltage to the switch. I looked in the Blue box for a diagram . There is none there to show the dump suspension .
Does any one have the diagram for the system ? It would be the one marked WLPP DRWG AIR LEVELING.
thank you
