electric table

Hi everyone, I'm new to the group. We just purchased a 1992 WB40.
It is in really good shape, and cant wait to start using it. I do have one problem I hope someone can help with. We have the electric dining table that goes in and out to adjust for seating. It is jammed in the closed position. I can hear the motor working but it will not go in or out, just rattles like it is off the gear. any ideas on how to fix would be really appreciated.

Remove the seat cushions and or storage bins. You will see the scissor mechanism below. Usually the safe is in the corner, also

I think the clutch is chattering,i have fixed them by jerking on it.i may have the actuator in my stash.

My 93 has a hinge to lift the table to access under the couch if you haven't figured it out yet.
