Default Wog Jam

If you can play and/or sing (or even if you can't; that's never stopped me), we want you at Wog Jam at Pine Mountain. Lookin' at Thurday evening at the Activities Building. Bring your ax and don't be shy. We'll have a few laughs. Join in or just listen (but if you're gonna' throw anything, make it money).

Ha..this Jam session is my one of my favorite parts of the rally. Ed Badeau is skipping the rally this year so Carmine will be starting us off. Carmine is a downtown dark musty club veteran so get ready to HANG ON! I'll have my empty coke box. I see Al and Erica are coming so we'll have some violin class added! So strum what you brung and come join us!

We're gonna' miss Ed. He played some of his own material and put some great bottom in everyone else's. Any bass players in the house?

Erika has added a few songs to her ever increasing song list
Devil went down to Ga being my favorite and how appropriate .
Fisherman song
Tenn Waltz
and many more We also have our youngest back from Germany and we might be able to convince her to come hang out with some old folks and sing for us . It's a long shot but boy can she do some awesome Joplin

Joplin, a fiddle, guitars and a coke box! Dang if Dan Dial were coming and KC was still around we could set up a stage and have a real show!

Al,
I will never forget the night we sat outside the Parliament garage, having a couple sunset drinks and listening to Erika play her violin...

That was 6 years ago, and I was a newbie to the Wanderlodge scene...
I remember thinking that, wow, the W folks are cool, this is going to be fun!

Dave , Great memory but I guess a student playing the violin can leave a lasting memory , lol Just imagine 6 years later practicing 6 hrs a day , every day hahaha Well it is starting to come together so it should be a great time . Either at a campsite or in the building or like last year at the campfire . Should be a great time so bring a washboard , banjo or even a empty whisky bottle . I think I have a few around and with Casey coming we may have a few more
