Default bacon wrapped catfish

So tonight we had bacon wrapped catfish, roasted in the oven and baby lima beans with garlic and bacon and onions.

I started with 2 lbs of baby catfish fillets, placed them on a sheet pan that was all oiled up.
Salted and chili peppered, than cover with about a half lb of bacon, roast in the oven until the bacon is crispy.

Yum,yum!
Home made tarter sauce too.
I use a big spoonful of Dukes mayo (Hellmans will work)
a big spoonful of sweet relish
one chopped jalapeno
chopped onion
squirt some lemon juice in there.
a dash of Worcestershire sauce
salt
mix it all up and enjoy

Baby limas,fresh
2 slices bacon
half of a small onion chopped
2 garlic cloves

Cook the bacon and onion and garlic, once the bacon is done add the limas, add some water to the pan you fried the bacon in and then add that water to the beans.
cook until done.
I don't like mushy beans,so sample as you go.
