Default Drawer Slides

All of my Accuride drawer slides have lost a little rubber/plastic part on each side. Accuride replaced them all on warranty (19 years!) No questions asked. Excellent support. Highly recommended.

Accuride.com or Accuride International is the manufacturer. Accuride Corp is a different company that makes wheels.

Is that the little black plastic pieces that keep the drawer in the slide? If so, I need a bunch of them too.

Just install a small screw into the drawer through a slide hole. No longer need the little plastic pieces. Someone suggested doing this way back in WOG time.

I screw my slides in place (like Curt) if the catcher is broken.

No, but they will send you those, too. I got some of those a couple of years ago. The part that had been breaking and falling out was a small, rectangular piece on the side; I think it is a stop cushion.

I've done that for some of the drawers I don't remove much but others, like the ones under the dash, I seem to take out every other day for something. I really like just pushing the tabs and taking out the drawer.

Thanks! I'll follow up on this.
