Default Help please—BMC 12volt diagrams?

Anyone have BMC 12 volt diagram, specifically list of what fuses control what in front dash panel of 1994 BMC? Having a problem on the road with windshield wipers and teying to track down.
Had previously developed a repeating clicking noise that was coming from the 12volt panel in lower dash by front step, and removed one of the silver plugs/fuse? (It was not a standard blade fuse I am familiar with, it is about a quarter inch thick) That stopped the noise and did not affect anything I noticed. I am traveling and thought I would wait until I get home to diagnose. Tonight needed windshiled wipers and they didn’t work. Switching things around in fuses, found replacing number 22 has passenger side wiper working, but driver side still not. Are the driver and passenger wipers on different fuses? Any other suggestions or point me to wiring info?

Those are circuit breakers, if it's popping repeatedly, there's a dead short!

Check connection at the cannon plugs under dash. Wiggle or twist amazing things happen. Looked like previous owners on my bus removed the dash a thousand times hunting for problems. U bump cannon plug and stuff works. Put dash together just to start over next.
