Good idea! Drive it in, flip the a/t switch and watch the fun begin. You can then, also, say to them, you broke it, I drove it in and now it won't start, what did the tech do to it

I think my buddies PT has a start button because of the AT switch, the shop could not get the key to work so they just bypassed it with a start button. I have to go back and confirm that the key switch is fine, he wants to use the key again to start instead of the button. He still thinks it’s a bad ignition switch, but I told him I bet it was the AT switch...
