Default 93 BB headlights

How do I access the bulbs in these headlights? DO I have to remove them from the front like on an older vehicle or is there a way I can get to the rear of them without taking the entire assembly apart?

the headlights on my bus came from FORD if that helps any of you. Its the same set up as a FORD F350 1985-89
